Kazakhstan has refused to extradite FACCT (former Group-IB) employee Nikita Kislitsin to the United States, where he is accused of hacker attacks on large American companies. Now the country will consider a similar request from Russia to extradite Kislitsin in a case of illegal access to computer information and extortion
